Going Ape for Cannabis: Gorilla Seeds Review 2019
Gorilla Seeds is a relative newcomer to the cannabis seed industry. While they haven’t been in business very long, their founding members have over 40 years of experience with growing cannabis between them, so they’re definitely not novices when it comes to weed seeds.
Gorilla Seed Bank is a UK-based company, but it has attracted employees and customers from all over the world. It got its start when several cannabis industry experts who were at the peak of their careers looked around, saw each other at the top of their respective specialties, and decided to come together to form a cannabis supergroup – kind of like the Avengers, but with marijuana.
Gorilla Seed Bank History
Gorilla Seed Bank originally started as just one man with a vision and a bit of frustration. Alex was getting tired of constantly ordering cannabis seeds from other seed banks and being disappointed in the results. He had spent years ordering from subpar seed banks and felt like he had exhausted his options without finding one that he really liked. So, he decided to start his own seed bank in March of 2011. The goal for his company was an emphasis on quality products and personalized service – and thus the Gorilla was born. The founder is now referred to as The Chief Gorilla, and has since recruited other like-minded cannabis industry professionals to help him bring his dream to fruition. You can view a full timeline of the events that have taken place from the start of Gorilla Seed Bank up until 2019 on the Gorilla Story page of the website.
Mission Statement and Gorilla’s Goals
The Gorilla’s ultimate goal is to always place his customers’ needs above his own. The company was founded on the principle of taking care of loyal customers rather than trying to get rich at any cost, which is a philosophy that still permeates Gorilla Seeds to this day. They set the bar extremely high and work hard to move closer and closer to “absolute perfection,” as The Chief Gorilla calls it.
They are always testing the limits and pushing the envelope to deliver their customers with the ultimate seed buying experience, which is evidenced by the multiple times they’ve lowered prices on some of their most popular seeds – sometimes by as much as 50 percent! A seed bank that was just looking for profit would never do that, as it just doesn’t make business sense. The only reason to do a thing like that is dedication to providing your loyal customers with the best prices on high-quality cannabis seeds and the best shopping experience in the industry.
The Gorilla’s ultimate goal is to become everyone’s favorite seed bank and win over the hearts and minds of the populace. The team at Gorilla Seeds is constantly working to improve the customer experience in any way they can. This includes offering more seeds at better prices from leading brands and getting them to customers in a timely manner – all with friendly, personalized service. It’s quite a lofty goal, but they seem to be getting closer all the time. Will cannabis lovers eventually come to willingly accept their new gorilla overlord? Only time will tell.

Gorilla Seeds Reputation
Gorilla Seed Bank has only been in business for a few years as of 2019. Because of this, the word hasn’t fully gotten out about them and they don’t have a very widespread reputation as of yet. With their huge commitment to making each customer experience a unique one, it’s obvious how their reputation could grow rapidly once more people start trying out their services.
According to the many Gorilla Seed Bank reviews, the company has a core group of loyal customers who absolutely love them, but they’ve yet to get the word out to other enthusiasts who may be satisfied with their current seed bank and reluctant to switch to an unproven newcomer. All that is likely to change gradually as Gorilla Seed Bank becomes more established in the industry. The Gorilla team frequently posts in a lot of weed-related forums, providing helpful advice and customer service. This increases their exposure and probably earns them a lot of new customers for every informative, friendly post that they make.
Gorilla Seeds also has a reputation for owning up to any mistakes that may make. They are very transparent about their process on forums and on their own blog, which emphasizes the personal nature of each transaction made through them. It’s neat to be able to speak to a real person who can explain what exactly went wrong with your order and make it right for you. Customers can rest assured that if they are unsatisfied with any order, they’ll be able to reach out to the Gorilla Seeds team and have the issue resolved promptly.
Gorilla Seed Selection
Gorilla Seed Bank offers seeds from a range of different breeders and brands. They have strains designed for indoor growing, outdoor growing, or even greenhouse growing. They have autoflowering as well as feminized seeds. They sell medical strains, high-THC strains, indicas, sativas, and hybrids. One notable exception is that they don’t seem to sell any regular seeds as of 2019.
We can understand that they’d want to stock only what is most likely to sell, in order to keep their costs down and pass on the savings to the customers. It’s not such a surprising move when you consider that autoflowering and feminized seeds are highly popular throughout Europe, and Gorilla Seeds is based in the UK. Regular seeds are most widely used in Canada and the United States, but have fallen out of favor in other places over time and with new innovations in the industry. Needless to say, if you’re a fan of growing regular seeds only, Gorilla Seed Bank may not be the place for you. There have been rumors that they may be adding regular seeds soon, but that hasn’t happened yet in 2019.
Gorilla Seeds currently stocks seeds from over 60 seed banks, including some favorites like Barney’s Farm, Ace Seeds, Big Buddha Seeds, DNA Genetics, Delicious Seeds, Dinafem, Dutch Passion, Green House Seeds, Nirvana Seeds, Paradise Seeds, Royal Queen Seeds, Serious Seeds, Sensi Seeds, and so many more. They also have their own brand of Gorilla Genetics seeds that they sell in their shop.

As with any seed bank that distributes seeds from other breeders, the quality of seeds that you get will be largely dependent upon the quality of the seed to begin with. Meaning that the brand you choose to buy has much more of an impact on the quality of seed you’ll eventually receive than Gorilla Seeds does. That being said, Gorilla Seed Bank seems to have a well-curated list of breeders that they work with. They aren’t a superstore that’s just selling anything that they can get their hands on. They seem to have put some thought into selecting only the seeds and breeders that their customers were likely to be satisfied within the long run. This is a smart business decision that cuts down on customer dissatisfaction from breeder’s bad genetics and keeps them coming back for more.
Think about it: if you buy some really bad seeds from a certain place, you’re less likely to place another order, no matter whether the fault was with the breeder or the distributor. Gorilla Seed Bank seeks to avoid some of those bad experiences by simply stocking good seeds.
Customer service is one of the most valued things Gorilla Seeds offers its customers, and they really make sure that they’re delivering on their promise to put the customer first and offer a personal shopping experience to everyone.
You can contact a customer service representative to help you in a multitude of different ways, including by phone, by email, by post, or by submitting an online ticket on their Contact Page. Before you do that, though, check to see whether your question is answered in their very informative Support Centre. There you can easily and quickly find the answers to frequently-asked questions regarding payment options, order status, current promotions, account issues, returns, shipping, and so much more. They even have a helpful video that walks you through paying for your order with Bitcoin if you’re unfamiliar with the currency. It’s obvious that the customer service team at Gorilla Seeds really cares about giving you the best-possible customer experience and ensuring that all your questions are answered along every step of the way.
Customer service can be contacted at any time day or night, and you will likely hear back from them sometime during normal business hours, British Standard Time. Representatives are always friendly and ready to help you with your issue.

Sales, Promotions, and Discounts
Gorilla Seeds is all about offering their customers the best price on every purchase, meaning that they have ultra-low prices all the time. Even so, they still manage to find a little wiggle room to offer regular sales, discounts, and promotions that give their loyal customers some well-deserved free seeds. Check out their Free Seeds page to see what’s on offer this month. They rotate the gift seeds regularly so that their frequent customers never get bored.
The only drawback is that you have to spend at least £34.99 on seeds (excluding taxes and shipping costs) to be eligible to receive a single free seed. When you spend £68.99, you’re still only getting 6 free seeds. The order thresholds seem a bit too high and way out of line with what other online cannabis seed banks are offering their customers. If you regularly spend that much on your seed orders, you may not mind, but for people who make more frequent, smaller orders, they may not get very many free seeds, which is always a bummer.
They do have other promotions, like getting 5 free Barney’s Farm seeds when you pay for your order with Bitcoin or bank transfer, but once again, you have to spend a minimum of £34.99 on your order. We understand wanting to prevent people from taking advantage of the free seed offer by making multiple tiny orders, but the minimum is still too high. They may want to bring it down to £15 or £20 in the future to improve customer satisfaction.
Gorilla Seeds also has random discounts that don’t require a minimum purchase amount. Depending on when you look, you may find that they’re running a 50% off special on random outdoor mixes, or a 10% discount on all Ace brand seeds. You just never know until you look! Check back often, because their sales are always changing. If you see something you like, jump on it, because it may not still be available tomorrow.
For worldwide shipping on seed promotions, specials, and free seeds with every order (no matter how small), take a look at MSNL’s Special Offers and Promotions page.
Website Shopping Experience
The shopping experience at Gorilla Seed Bank is pretty standard. They sell all of their stock through their online shop and do not have a physical storefront. They’ve incorporated robust search tools into their website to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for or browse based on certain plant characteristics like height, flowering time, indica/sativa blend, price, average rating, and more. The site is well-designed, easy to navigate, and colorful without being overwhelming. It’s pleasing to the eye and very informative.
Each product listing page has a detailed description of the strain you’re looking at along with reviews from real people who have purchased it before, and the blog has a lot of additional information on all sorts of topics related to the brands they carry, 420 events, growing, and the cannabis industry in general.

Gorilla Seeds Shipping
One of the things you’ll find mentioned in positive Gorilla Seed Bank reviews is its worldwide shipping. Although Gorilla Seeds ships its products worldwide, customers are responsible for knowing and obeying their local laws. Stealth shipping is available to all countries excluding North Korea. Gorilla Seeds guarantees that your order will be shipped discreetly, in plain packaging with only your name and address as well as a return address printed on the outside of the parcel. Discreet shipping is the default shipping option, but you can also opt for an additional layer of protection for an additional cost of £7.49. When you add super stealth shipping to your order during checkout, your package will be shipped in a crush-proof container inside a stealth item such as a DVD case.
Seeds are shipped in the original breeder’s packaging whenever possible, however, some breeders use bulky packaging that is too large to fit inside the stealth shipping item. In these cases, the packaging will be removed, but each seed will be clearly labeled so that you know which is which when you receive them. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, but some can be dispatched the same day if you order before noon or so. All orders ship with tracking numbers that will be sent to you in a confirmation email once your parcel ships. Usual delivery times are within 1 to 5 business days for UK orders, 5 to 20 business days for orders within Europe, and 5 to 25 business days for all other international orders.
Returns and Payment Methods
Returns to the Gorilla Seed Bank are pretty simple. All you need to do is return any of your unwanted seeds in their original packaging, unopened, within 7 days of receipt. To begin your return, simply log into your account and cancel your order. Then put your seeds into a padded mailer to protect them on their return journey and include a filled-out return form inside the package. Make sure to seal the package adequately so that there’s no chance of any seeds slipping out during shipping. An extra piece of tape or two certainly wouldn’t hurt here. Then you’re all set! Once The Gorilla has received your seeds, they will refund your money or issue you a replacement, depending on how you filled out your return form. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and it’s always best to send them through registered mail so that you can track the shipment.
Gorilla Seed Bank accepts a variety of popular payment methods, including credit and debit cards, prepaid Visas, bank transfer, cash, and Bitcoin. There are occasionally promotions giving you a discount for paying with certain payment options, so make sure you check for those before you place your order. You can pay with many of these options over the phone if you’d prefer not to order from the online shop. Unfortunately, customers cannot pay for their order with bananas or PayPal.
Gorilla Seeds Final Review
Gorilla Seeds seems like a great up-and-coming seed bank. They already have a pretty good amount of stock from some great seed breeders, and we can’t wait to see how much they grow over the course of the next few years. As of 2019, they are still pretty new and relatively unknown, but it’s obvious that they are committed to giving their customers a great shopping experience, and that attitude will undoubtedly take them far in this industry.
They have a great foundation laid for success with a user-friendly website, great prices, good selection, high quality products, and an excellent customer service team. If they can get a bit of a farther reach and start attracting more customers, they could be well on their way to taking the cannabis seed industry by storm, just like The Chief Gorilla envisioned at the start. Their loyal customers hope they keep growing and doing what they do best.
Growers Choice Seeds comes highly rated from several popular online forums and offers a variety of seeds suitable for every cannabis consumer.

Buying cannabis seeds online can be frustrating to say the least…
Poor quality seeds, missing packages and unresponsive customer service is far too common.
Just check out any grower forum and you’ll see what I mean.
Some seed banks seem as though they just don’t care!
I’ve rated each seed bank out of 10 based on several key criteria (explained below ) and included a seed bank FAQs section at the end to answer some of the most commonly asked questions about purchasing seeds online.

IMPORTANT: My top 3 tips when choosing a seed bank and buying seeds online
I’ve purchase A LOT of seeds online and have gone through many of the frustrations most growers have (missing seeds, crap customer service, non germinating seeds)
Here are my top tips to having a stress free experience buying from an online seed bank:
1. Only ever buy feminized seeds. I can’t stress this enough. They might be a little more expensive than normal seeds but they’re worth it because you get less duds and therefore won’t spend as much time germinating or waiting for new seeds to be delivered.
2. Shipping times seem to be the number one gripe among growers buying seeds online. That’s because most of the good seed banks are in the EU and most of the growers are in the US or Canada. If shipping speed is important to you and you live in the USA, buy from a Canadian seed bank, not one in Europe. You might not use the best seed bank, but you will get your seeds faster.
3. I always like to choose a seed bank that has solid customer service. ALL seed banks will sometimes send seeds that don’t germinate, ALL seed banks will sometimes have slightly delayed shipping. When these things inevitably happen, it’s nice to know the customer service is there to take care of you.
4. Whatever Seedbank you choose, try to order a relatively small amount of seeds first to test out how the seedbank performs in terms of shipping and germination rates.
Ok, with that said, here are my detailed reviews of the top 10 seed banks:
Best Seed Banks To Order from Online
#1 – Seedsman
Seedsman is my number one pick when it comes to online seed banks, and the best EU seed bank by far.
This hugely popular seed bank offers one of the biggest selections of strains online (over 4,000! ) and their seeds have some of the lowest prices I could find online.
To add to their low prices, they also have loads of amazing promotions that can dramatically reduce the cost of your order.
The only negative about Seedsman is that their customer service could be a little better. Customer support is something that large businesses always seem to struggle with. When I called their phone number I got an automated service (Argh…) However, they replied to my email within 24 hours so they still manage to take top spot, just.
If you’re looking for high quality customer service and don’t mind paying a little more for it, then my second pick might be a better option for you.

#2 – I Love Growing Marijuana (ILGM)
I Love Growing Marijuana is run by Robert Bergman, a veteran grower with over 25 years of growing experience.
These guys might not have the largest collection ( around 80 different strains) but they do have some very high quality strains and awesome customer service.
Shipping is free for US, Canadian and European orders and delivered in just 10 to 15 days on average.
They guarantee delivery, and will re-ship your seeds if your order doesn’t arrive or gets seized.
In the event that your seeds do not germinate, they will be happy to replace them for free – nice!
ILGM’s website is super easy to use and can be viewed in English, Spanish, French or Dutch. Every strain on their site has lots of customer reviews and well laid out info about genetics.
They also have an active forum with helpful topics for beginners.
Check out my full review of ILGM here
#3 – Growers Choice Seeds
Growers Choice Seeds comes highly rated from several popular online forums and offers a variety of seeds suitable for every cannabis consumer.
One thing I appreciate about Growers Choice Seeds is their commitment to their products. According to their site, if 90 percent of your seeds do not germinate, they will send a replacement order.
Based on reviews from popular cannabis forums, they back this guarantee and are more than willing to work with you should you be unsatisfied with your order.
All orders are packaged to be as discreet as possible. Most of the time seeds are left in their original, air-tight packaging. However, in some cases seeds are removed from their packaging to ensure a safe and secure delivery. Additionally, orders outside the U.S. can receive special “stealth packaging” at no extra charge.
Depending on where you’re shipping your package, you can expect to receive your goodies within 7-25 business days. Most customers report being very satisfied with the shipping speed of their order.
Additionally, every order is given a tracking number so you can keep a close eye on your order from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.

#4 – MSNL Seeds
MSNL is another well-established Seedbank that has been around since 1999.
Their refined strains are extremely high quality and raved about in the cannabis community.
They also offer a great selection of low cost value packs which are perfect for trying different seeds without spending lots of money.
In general, they tend to be a little more expensive than seedsman and have a smaller selection of strains. They also do not accept Bitcoin.
Check out my full review of MSNL here.
#5- Sensi Seeds
Sensi Seeds is one of the biggest names in the cannabis seed industry. They have won numerous Cannabis Cup awards and are a renowned brand worldwide.
Though their prices are a bit higher than other seed banks, you know you are getting some of the best genetics in the world when purchasing from Sensi Seeds.
Most reviews for Sensi Seeds are positive, though some report being unsatisfied with the quality of their seeds or not receiving their order.
Customer service seems a bit wishy-washy, though it does appear typically they try their best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
Every order is packaged in a discreet, unmarked envelope. There are no logos or advertising present on the packaging, making it virtually impossible to tell what is inside.
If you are lucky enough to live within the shipping range for Sensi Seeds, you can expect to receive your order within 2-10 business days from the date your payment is processed, depending on which shipping option you chose.
Check out my full review of Sensi Seeds here.
#6 – Crop King Seeds
Crop King Seeds has been in the game for almost 15 years, steadily climbing their way to the top.
Nowadays, they have made quite a name for themselves and you can find the “King” in a multitude of physical and online storefronts.
While offering a slightly smaller seed collection in comparison with other top seed banks, Crop King Seeds does have an advantage in that they only offer their own personally cultivated strains.
Crop King Seeds have just launched a new website and it is really well laid out and you can use various filters to easily search for a strain perfect for you. Plus, they offer a section devoted to teaching customers how to successfully germinate their new seeds.
According to reviews on popular online forums, customers either love the “King” or hate him. From what I’ve read, customer service seems a bit quick to point fingers at the customer rather than own up to any mistake on their end. However, for every negative review there are three that swear by this company for all of their cannabis seed needs.
All orders are shipped in special packaging designed to maintain freshness and be as discreet as possible. Only orders shipped within Canada will be packaged in authentic Crop King Seeds packaging. Seeds shipped to all other countries will come packaged in various other items, to maintain privacy.
Shipping speeds range from 2-7 business days for orders shipped within Canada, and up to two weeks for international orders.
Check out my full review of Crop King Seeds here.
#7 – Gorilla Seed Bank
Though relatively new to the game, the founders of Gorilla Seed Bank have more than 40 years of combined experience in the cannabis industry.
While they don’t have the biggest seed selection out there, Gorilla does offer seeds from some of the most reputable brands.
They also offer competitively low prices on nearly all of their products, something I always take into consideration when purchasing.
The main issue customers report have been small errors with processing payments or seed viability. However, it’s clear that customer service is the number one priority for this company, as nearly all reviews on popular online forums also report any issues being resolved promptly and adequately.
Depending on where the order is being sent, shipping times can vary from 1-24 business days. Most orders shipped within the UK will be received within 7 business days.
TIP: There are always a wide variety of seed promotions going on and freebie offers. The only downside is the minimum purchase amount is a bit higher than other sites I’ve browsed. I recommend checking the promotions page and considering making one or two bigger purchases, rather than multiple smaller ones, in order to take advantage of these awesome deals
#8 – Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds (AMS)
Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds has been in the cannabis game for 25 years with no sign of slowing down.
Their time in the industry definitely shows in their intuitive and user-friendly website.
Subscribe and you’ll get a free growing guide.
With the Netherland’s top breeders, you can expect fantastic seed and strain quality.
Their packaging is crush-proof and made to look like regular mail. You may not even recognize your package.
Conversely, being shipped straight from Amsterdam will mean relatively higher prices.
Fortunately, the shipping price may be offset by both their affordable seed options and combo packages.
Check out my full review of Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds here.
#9 – True North Seed Bank – Not recommended anymore
True North Seed Bank is a fairly new seed supplier based in Toronto, Canada.
They have a large selection of strains and some very nice discounts and promotions.
If you’re a US or Canadian customer, shipping is very fast with orders arriving in an average of 5-14 days.
Although I had no major issues with my order (8/10 feminized seeds germinated) customer feedback on TNSB seems to be quite polarised, and it seems to me that their slightly subpar customer service is the reason for this negative feedback. All seed banks have issues with seeds and shipping, but it’s how you deal with those issues that sets some seed banks apart.
#10 – Attitude Seed Bank
Attitude is a very popular seed bank based out of the UK.
They reportedly have some of the best genetics worldwide and offer thousands of seeds from more than 200 brands.
Most reviews from popular online forums are positive, though some mention orders being seized by customs.
Most of these customers however, did not pay for discreet shipping, which is something I always suggest.
Another common issue customers report is the quality of seeds can vary greatly.
Because Attitude sells a variety of seeds from numerous brands, it makes sense the lesser known brands may have lower quality products. This is why I always recommend buying seeds from already established and reputable brands.
One thing I always appreciate is saving a little extra money.
Attitude always has a wide variety of promotions running so be sure to take a look before placing your order to ensure you get your money’s worth!
Shipping speeds vary based on where the package is being sent.
International orders are typically received between 7 to 10 business days, though can take up to 21 business days.
TIP: Every order over £40 comes with various “freebies” (which is great to up the “discreet factor” of your package)
What payment methods can I use?
Most good seed banks offer a number of different ways to pay for your seeds:
Most seed banks take payment with debit or credit cards without any problem.
However, placing an order with standard bank cards can sometimes have issues if don’t usually order items from abroad using that card.
This might make other payment methods more appealing.
Personally, I use a credit card, which offers better protection than a stand card when buying online.
I’ve never had an issue ordering seeds online with my credit card.
Bitcoin is anonymous, safe and secure.
It’s therefore perfect for this type of transaction and the method of payment that most seed banks prefer.
Many seed banks offer incentives to purchase your seeds with Bitcoin.
Paying with cash means that there will be no record of the transaction on your bank account.
However, most seedbanks will appear very discretely on your bank statement anyway, and sending cash in the post is risky.
It’s very rare for a seed company to offer a Paypal as a payment option.
This is because Paypal strictly prohibits cannabis seed sales (get with the times PayPal! )
Online Seed banks get blocked from accepting payments once Paypal discovers what they are selling.
A standard direct transfer from your bank account to the seed banks account.
A bank transfer usually avoids any fuss with your credit card or bank card being blocked for suspicious activity.
It’s fast and secure and many Seed Banks recommend that you use this method
Anoutdated method of payment, but many seedbanks offer this option.
It’s fairly secure but takes a long time to process.
There’s definitely better ways to pay.
What is the best method of payment?
The absolute best method of payment to use with a seed bank is probably Bitcoin.
It only takes a few minutes to set up and means that all of your transactions are 100% anonymous, safe and secure.
Many seedbanks offer big discounts for payments made with bitcoin, so this is definitely something you should consider.
If like me you don’t fancy setting up Bitcoin, then use a standard credit card is the next best option.
Why are there no good US Seedbanks?
The current situation in the US is that although it’s usually safe to buy /order seeds online, it’s very risky for the seed bank sell them or send them from one state to another due to the different laws in each state.
This is the reason why it’s hard to find a long-established seed bank in the country.
Hopefully this will change in the near future.
All of the seed banks listed in this article will ship to the USA and Canada
What will happen if customs open my package?
Current customs laws in America indicates that if your seed package from abroad does get caught in the mail, you will not be put on any “list”.
Instead, the U.S. customs agents will simply toss the seeds and send you what’s left of the package.
They also send an official letter letting you know that your seeds were confiscated.
If this happens to you, simply contact the seed bank with evidence and they will gladly give you a replacement package.
Important disclaimer: Please note that this is not intended as legal advice
Do I need an account to purchase seeds?
No, most seed banks will allow you to complete checkout as a guest without having to register an account with them.
It’s my first grow, which strain should I choose?
Firstly, congratulations on deciding to grow – you’re going to love it!
For your first grow, I would recommend choosing a strain that’s known for it’s “easy to grow” characteristics.
Northern lights is a very popular strain that is exceptionally resilient to many common issues that affect cannabis plants while growing.
They also grow short and have a low odor, which can be beneficial for a number of reasons.
Purchasing cannabis seeds online can seem a little daunting at first.
However, buying from a well-respected and reliable seed bank should ease any fears that you have.
The seed banks listed in this article will take good care of you and ensure that you receive your seeds and that you are 100% happy.
Let me know what your favorite seed bank is in the comments below or if you’ve had any bad experiences!

I wouldn’t touch True North. Add on costs for card processing, more money to send by stealth, more money for guaranteed delivery which means you can get the same strains cheaper every where else. To top it off their customer service is shocking. Rarely respond to e-mails and even had one of their team tell me that they work remotely from them and they struggle to get answers from the management too.
Hey James! Thanks for the feedback on True North. When I contacted True North they replied pretty quickly, but maybe they aren’t very consistent. I have to admit, my current go-to seed banks at the moment are ILGM and Seedsman!
I Agree the Seedsman does have a good customer service which is Key from buying from any seed bank that goes for all businesses big and small good customer service always should come first before anything else, but it is also very easy to call the Seedsman from the states. So I see The Vault didn’t make your list, probably because they only started taking credit cards again after they moved to Spain but their main office is in the UK they also have comprehensive Grows about 4-5 times a year if you’re a member of Grasscity, RIU or 420magazine for some growers who may not have money to purchase seeds for whatever the situation maybe, but they will send you a pack of 5 autos and a T-shirt and seeds are usually from a Top Breeder like Dutch Passions which is side by side almost with Sensi Seeds which aren’t as Good as they once where, but still one of the Best for having Good genetics. Also I see who didn’t make the list is Nirvana with one of there flag ship strains Aurora indicia F1’s. I don’t Grow feminized seeds and a lot of old skool growers and master growers you will never grow femmed strains for their lack of stability, but I have grown in the past femmed strains with always Good results I just think Regs is where’s it’s at! Also Bodhi seeds or Great Lake genetics who have by far has the most Keepers and some of the best genetics out of any seed bank Imo! But for newer growers the Seedsman is probably the Best to deal with because of there Good freebies but The Vault seed bank has the most breeders out of any Bank out there and they also don’t Breed but Have a Lotta 100% free promotions and like mentioned sign up on Grasscity if you want free seeds when they do their comprehensive grows! Good article and agree on 95% of what you said.
Hey James, I tried to connect to True North as well as ILGM & my computer stopped me because they both had Malware attached. So everyone be careful. I can’t believe since Canada is legal that the price of seeds has sky rocked! Just plain crazy!
Hey ? Oh that’s very strange. I just checked the links and they seem to be working OK for me with no warnings. Is this happening for anyone else? There may be a short term increase in Canadian seed prices but with more and more states and countries legalising it should lead to more competition between the seed bank, which will mean lower prices in the long run!
True North Seed Bank Is ripping customers off and getting them red flagged at customs. I tried to get this resolved and have been ignored by TNSB Management. I’ve been sending this message around that TNSB ignores!
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with True North Seed Bank David ? Seed banks can be really hit and miss. For some people they receive their seeds no problem and others encounter big delays. I would always recommending ordering a small quantity of seeds from the seed banks on this list to see which ones work best for you. I’m a big fan of Seedsmand and ILGM. Seedsman has a better selection but ILGM has better customer support.
True North is nothing short of being a rip-off. Never have I had such problems with obtaining seeds. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this dispensary.
I just ordered from Dr.Seeds where prices are far less. Shipping time and quality will follow.
Once again, stay far away from True North.
hello what about Dinafem seed Bank the side looks good the reviews are also postive and they even give sometimes somethig away ))
yes stay away from True North. i recently made an order for bubba kush humboldt.these come in a wooden block and the seeds are in a tube with a spot of glue on the side. my block was empty. customer serice made it good the same day i called but i will not take a chance with them again.
