Hello:
I am 67 yr old woman and new to all this. I have had crohns for 6 yrs and like you, all they ever do is medicate me.
My husband is a Medical marijuana patient and believes that the recipes might help me. I copied the goats milk, which is great because I’m also lactose intolerant.
Could you please tell me a good source for the recipes.
